• The Retailer's Advantage - The Retailer's Advantage is huge resource for reatilers, full of tools and special reports from very successful retailers, including Rick Segel. Members of The Retailer's Advantage also have access to monthly retail webinars geared to improve your business!
• Microsoft Dynamics Group - The Microsoft Dynamics Group is a community based around Microsoft's powerful customer relationship manager, Dynamics CRM. My blog is also syndicated on this site.
• HubSpot - HubSpot is a powerful content management system (CMS) where I have hosted my blog for a number of years before launching my full site using the full power of the CMS in August of 2010.
• Grader - A powerful tool from HubSpot, which I use often in my keynotes and webinars to show retailers how and where their websites can be improved upon (My webpage scores a 94). Grader.com has a tool to grade your Twitter, Facebook and many other types of outlets.
• Specific House - Specific House is a boutique book publisher under the Rick Segel & Associates umbrella.
• Hootsuite - Hootsuite is a web application that I love. It allows you to schedule posts to several social media accounts as well as keep tabs on your accounts on these services.
