The annual event, which took place at The Conference Center at Bentley University in Waltham, MA, recognized the highly successful business development strategist and thought leader who has helped countless worldwide retail businesses grow and prosper.
Rick's accomplishments in the Massachusetts retail community include:

- Board Member, Retailers Association of Massachusetts
- Established the Retailers Association of Massachusetts Awards of Excellence (RAMAE) program
